Ministry at Home

Reviews of this resource are now CLOSED. Thankyou to those who participated. The final publication will be available in October 2018.

We would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this new resource and any further recommendations you might have. We've approached 100 churches from a range of denominations to read “Ministry at Home”, review it, and offer their own thoughts to help us create a comprehensive guide to effective ministry in the clergy home.

The final publication will be available to churches and ministry communities, free-of-charge, in October 2018.

All contributions are published anonymously unless otherwise requested.

Our hope and prayer is that with further insight, this guide will encourage and build up the Body of Christ for more effective ministry in the clergy home.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

About "Ministry at Home"

A study we conducted recently found that 74% of respondents believed that ministry at home could be done differently in order to better serve the needs of clergy families and their church communities.

With their insights, and in consultation with Christian psychologist Chris Brown, who has worked extensively working with clergy and churches, “Ministry at Home: Recommendations for the ministry use of clergy family homes” has been developed.

We hope to enrich these recommendations with the experiences and insights of Australian churches in order to design a comprehensive guide to ministry in the clergy home. Once completed, this publication will be available, at no cost, to church and ministry communities.

Thank you for considering this project. If you would like to be involved, please contact Matt at info@australianclergyfamilies or through our Contact page.
