January: Lemon, Lime & Bitters
Mix 6 drops of Angostura Bitters and a splash of lime juice with
lemonade or soda water for a refreshing, summery drink. - Matt

February: Chocolate Frappe
Dissolve 2tsp chocolate syrup in ½ cup of milk, blend with crushed ice
and serve with a dash of vanilla essence. Delicious! - Rachel

March: Peppermint Tea
Brew for two minutes, add sugar or honey to taste. Easy! - Rachel

April: Coffee - your way
Personally I prefer a latte with one sugar. - Matt

May: Rooibos (Red Bush) Tea 
A relaxing hot drink. - Mike

June: Hot Chocolate  
Make your own hot chocolate powder (just combine 3 ½ cups sugar,
2 ¼ cups cocoa & 1 tbsp salt). Use 1-2 tablespoons mixed with a cup
of hot milk - marshmallows compulsory! - Rachel


July: Chai Latte
I love Twinnings easy tea-bag Chai, it works really well with honey, brown sugar or on its own! - Rachel

August: Earl Grey - your way
Steep, sugar, milk and serve - Rachel

September: Berry Smoothie
Blend together ½ cup frozen mixed berries, 1 frozen ripe banana, ¼ cup
of orange juice and ½ cup yoghurt. Sweeten with honey if you like. - Matt

October: Citrus Sparkling Water
Soda water with lime or lemon segments. Crisp, light and easy! - Matt

November: Watermelon Soda
Blend up 2 cups of watermelon, add soda water and a drop of rose
water for a relaxing cool down drink. - Rachel

December: Peach Iced Tea
Make your own (boil 1 cup of water, 1 cup sugar with 2 thinly sliced peaches, wait until the sugar is dissolved, then let it cool for half an
hour). Separately, make up a cup of tea and allow it to cool then add
your newly made peach syrup to your tea to taste. Make a jug of this
for sweltering summer nights! - Matt
